What is yoga?
Yoga is an exercise for the mind, body and soul. As a British Wheel of Yoga teacher my yoga style is eclectic, drawing on a variety of yoga styles to nourish you physically, mentally and emotionally.
My classes work with a range of postures, mindful movement, soulful sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques all interwoven with yoga philosophy to inspire empowerment and self-confidence.
In the near future I will be starting an intermediate class where we will additionally work with pranayama and meditation techniques, these sessions will be open to those with at least a years experience in yoga.
The main aim of my class is to leave you feeling supple, relaxed and physically well.
Is yoga for me?
Yoga is suitable for, quite literally, any body, my classes are designed to be accessible to all no matter what your experience or fitness level. However if you have an existing medical condition please do let me know so that I can tailor my class to your needs or suggest a more suitable class for you.
If you don’t feel quite ready to join a group class I am also available for private 1-2-1 sessions.
