A little bit about 61 point relaxation… also known as shavayatra or “corpse journey” this practices encourages us to focus less on the physical body and more on subtle energy points in the body.
You will be guided to focus on 61 points around the body which aims to:
- Systematically release muscular tension.
- Work to balance the nervous system.
- Develop one-pointed concentration / focus which will deepen your meditation practice.
- Shift the focus inwards to increase self-awareness and heighten sensitivity to our internal states.
