About SAM Yoga

My Story...

Yoga has been instrumental in overcoming and managing my own depression, anxiety and body image issues. So in 2013 I began my journey to become a yoga teacher to share this empowerment with others.  


SAM Yoga was founded in 2016 in order to create a loving, supportive community for those looking to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.  


I draw on a variety of yoga traditions and approaches to help you achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing ill-health, recovering from an injury, want to maintain or improve your physical or mental wellbeing or simply want to touch your toes! SAM Yoga provides a welcoming, healing and friendly environment to do so.
