In this guided relaxation you will be invited to scan your body from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.


Scanning down the body section by section for any areas of holding on... Physical, mental, emotional holding on. You will gently be guided to release these areas as we make our journey down the body.


Leaving you feeling released, free and ready to step in to your day or slip in to a deep, restful uninhibited sleep.
